Title: Dale
Hi Theresa and Grover,

Just wanted to give you guys an update on Dale. What an amazing dog, he is basically house trained already and has a GREAT personality, very loving and playful. I must admit that I was very concerned after you recommended this dog instead of the dog we actually picked out. We are so grateful that you took the time to discuss our family situation ( 3 young children) and chose a dog that would best fit us. Just goes to show that you really care about your customers and the dogs you sell. The kids absolutely love him and they play all day long. Dale is very good with them and he usually wears them out but when play time is over he loves to cuddle. One funny thing about him is once he is tired he will fall asleep in just about any position whether it’s upside down or hanging off the couch he doesn’t care, it’s hysterical. We took him to the beach for the first time and it was unbelievable on how much attention he drew, it took us 15 minutes to just leave the car. Everyone was complementing us on what a great looking dog he was and that he had a great personality.
We just wanted to say thank you again for giving us a great dog that we all love very much, it’s a perfect match!

Thank You!
Kenji (Milo)
Hi Theresa and Grover,
I wanted to send you some pictures and an update on Kenji (Milo - we changed his name a few days after he arrived).
He has settled in his new home so well, and has learnt so much already! He has really grown too, almost 16lbs already, and looks like a little more to go. We couldn't be happier with him!! He pretty much house trained himself, is getting along with the kitty really well, and is truly a wonderful addition to our home.

Thanks for letting Kenji join us!
Best, Lisa and Fred.
Rosco
Hi Grover and Theresa,
Rosco has been absolutely wonderful! (We kept his name Rosco.) He was house broken in 2 days! He naps 4 times a day since my boys wear him out. The Vet said he was in perfect health (he weighs 17 pounds now!).
He's eating great, sleeps through the night, hardly ever barks, it's been so easy! He adjusted so well to his new family. We just love him and he loves us right back. It's a perfect match.
Thanks so much. - Nina

Subject: Rosco Photos
Hello Grover and Theresa,
Rosco is 4 mo. old now and weighs 40 pounds!!!
He has been to several puppy training classes and is learning a lot.
What a smart dog!
Hope you all are well. Take care.
Thanks again for a wonderful dog.

Love, Nina

Daisy
Hi Theresa and Grover,
I wanted to let you know how well the new puppy is doing! She is a delight to our home. She has a new name, it is Daisy!!! She loves playing with our other Shih-Tzu. She is very feisty. She does not let him control her in any way. She seems to be adjusting well to her new home. Thanks again for letting us have her in our home.

Hi Theresa
Attached is a picture of our Daisy! (Your precious) She would not get in her bed so our other dog (Raiser) jumped in. She is such a JOY!! I LOVE her soooo much. She is 6 pounds 5 ounces now. She is going on November 13 to be fixed. I will send you more pictures of her playing in the snow when we get snow.

Delila
 hi,

i thought you might want to see a photo of her. we named her Delila, which is portuguese for dehlila ( if i spelled that right in english), from the bible story of samson and dehlila. this is my youngest son Brandon and her.
Lila is doing better, but is still almost always scared, unless she is in you lap. Last night she ate a lot of food, including bugs while she was outside at night. It was a lot of fun watching the little hunter.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi again,

Lila is doing better, she eats a lot more, but still not much. She is still timid, but not as much. We came up missing from the backyard a few weeks ago. We figured she got under the fence (there is some places in the very back that the fence doesn't touch the ground). We searched and searched for her. There is some dense woods behind our house. We thought she might be there. We put out "missing dog" signs through out the neighborhood. When it got dark out, we decided to leave the back gate open so me might come back on her own. Later that night she came back. The next day i attatched chicken wire to the bottom of all the high spots on our fence. we let her out again, and once again she disappeared. We have a pile of brush in our backyard (for bonfires) and I looked there again, but could not see her. I finally took a powerful spotlight and shined it deep inside the brush pile, and there she was! Just like a fox.

I filled in the holes, which were very small. The next day she hid there again, I don't know how she found a large enough hole to get in. I had to clear out brush just to get her out. Now she lies in a hole ( from a plant we removed) in a small flowerbed next to our house, which is alway in the shade. Maybe she thinks it is a den. I hope she gets over her shyness. She only likes to play late at night or early in the morning, but we really like her. We have never heard her bark yet. The only sound she has made is while yawning and once when the kids got a little rough she yelped. My neighbor said she has slightly barked at him when he was close to our fence.

See ya,
Jeff

Zeke
Hi guys, Bud has now become Zeke. He is working out perfectly. He goes to
work with me everyday and is the best behaved pup I've been around. He is
gettin more and more playful by the day. He is also one of the most
friendly dogs too. All my bosses and co workers love him. He loves to run
and roll in the grass for hours. He hardly makes a sound. He's barked
maybe twice since I've had him and one of those was tonight while I was
playin ball with him. He really is the perfect dog that I was looking for.
Thank you for allowing him to come join me.

Toben "Buddy"
Hi Teresa and Groover!

I just want to say thank you for your honesty and helping me feel comfortable buying Buddy online. First of all he is so adorable. Everyone that comes in contact with him wants to pet him. Buddy loves to play with other dogs, with my shoe laces and in the park. Buddy is very smart and has already learned a few commands in just a week that I have had him! He has already met a few friends that have welcomed him. I have sent you photos of a few of his new friends. Buddy met with my vet a few days after I had received him and he was fine. The Vet was impressed on how calm Buddy was during the exam. Thanks again for advice and your follow up calls and I will continue to give you updates on Buddy.

Thanks,
Toben

Bella (Candy)
Hi Theresa,

I am so glad you sent an e-mail I’ve been thinking about sending you and updated e-mail. We renamed her Bella…she has really changed our lives for the better…we love her! She is so smart and has made so much progress since we got her a couple of weeks ago! She now can jump up on the sofa and back down by herself she goes up and down stairs and she is almost potty trained! She is also quite a traveler…she made the trip to my hometown in Texas with us this past weekend and had everyone rolling in laughter. She loves to play in the leaves in the yard as well as with my friend’s dog Chase a Poma-poo. They are best buds!

Nala
Grover and Theresa

Sorry it has taken so long for us to get back in touch with you. It has been a very busy month for us. Getting the dogs acclimated to each other and her new house and then it also being the middle of football season for me.
The dogs are getting along GREAT!! They are constantly playing with each other and then taking naps next to each other. They are so much fun to watch together. Nala took a little while to get adjusted (or used to us I guess) but she now will come up to us and lay beside us on the couch.
I have attached a few pictures of Nala and Boomer together so you can see how she is.
I hope everything is going great for you guys and your dogs! Thanks again for the great dog!

Take care!

Hi Theresa,
Travis is TERRIFIC.  What a sweet, good natured little puppy he is!
He and my cat our getting acquainted...
He has slept on my pillow the last two nights, but seems as happy as ever; hasn't cried once!
Thanks so much,
Tiffany.
I thought I would give you a little bit of an update on Tiki...She turned 9 months on Sat..
Kennel Cough went away for good at 6 months... it was a recurring
problem until then -She loves her fav private place - under the bed..
We took her off puppy food at 7 months - and her system has been great
with Science Diet Lamb and Rice ( small bits)She weighs 18.5 pounds
She was spayed at 7 monthsShe tears the heck out of all her toys quickly, loves to dig!!! - likes
to pull at human hands with her teeth - BUT never breaks the skin...or
tries to bite - just playing.. ( still working on this)
Can fetch , sit , semi stay... jumps and leaps like a cat - wow what a
leaper... yet her balance is amazing...
Everyone who sees her is amazed at her markings - and her breed - people
are so unfamiliar with her type.
She travels great - rides great - is very skittish around strangers -
but more relaxed once she checks them out.
Heard her bark ( yip actually) only about a dozen times in her 9 months...
Playing with her toys by my office chair right now...
Housebroken very easily - 4 mistakes in the first 4 months - none
thereafter.. lives with a cat - they play and go their own way.
She is a very affectionate dog - very loving - loves to play - rest and
cuddle - could not ask for a better canine family member -]
All in all - one of the best pet choices I have ever made - she is
beautiful and a forever part of this family....
whew I am done!!! I sent  a few pix.....  bob and kat

Dear Theresa,

I hope you are doing good , I just wanted to share with you some pictures of Mimi,
I am so happy with her, she is the perfect puppy, she got calmer now, she adapts well to France,
I think we can say that she is the first french/ english speaking Shiba,
Everybody is amazed by her foxy look, and how cuddly she is for a Shiba,
When I brough her to France she had been awesome on the plane, and got potty train in less than a month,
and before her 5 months I got her spayed which has improved her capability to calm down !!!
As far as her little tail goes, she got curly after a few months, and she is the most beautiful shiba puppy!!!

Thanks so much for your support and help,
I hope you will enjoy the pictures of my baby,

Have a nice evening,
Vanessa and Mimi !!!

Hi Theresa!

I just wanted to send some photos your way of little Saki (Toby) who is almost 5 months now!  He's gotten to be such a handsome young man, and everywhere he goes, he recieves so much love from everyone!  He loves going to the dog park and wrestling with all the big dogs, and loves going to the pet store, because he knows there are strangers there willing to let him lick their face.

He is a pretty quiet fellow, he doesn't bark much at all, and loves to run wild in the house.  As soon as he is let out of his kennel in the morning, ZOOM!  He takes off to run circles in the house and run down the hall.  It's so funny!

We took him to the vet to recieve his last Distemper and his first Rabies, and he was so good!  He's also 10 lbs now!  Both of my other dogs are full grown and they only weigh 12 lbs!  Saki will be the big dog on campus it looks like!

Hope all is well, and I will send updates on Mr. Saki as he grows!
Thanks again for supplying us with such a wonderful little dog!
Melonie and Jon Carroll

Hi Theresa!  I hope this email finds you and your family well.. I
figured we should share some updated photos of the puppy formally
known as Abby.  We have since then renamed her Gigi, and she has taken
over our house and our lives.  I will forward some photos for your
enjoyment.  We are very happy with the addition to our family and we
are spoiling her every moment we possibly can.  (my fiancé has
officially replaced me with the puppy and refuses to go anywhere
without her.)  Anyhow thanks again.

Hi Theresa,

Just wanted to let you know Brodie is growing up healthy and happy.

He just had his first haircut, so here's a picture of before and after .  The picture of us holding him was the week we got him.

He is so lovable, lively, and very smart!!  He can sit, sit up on his rear, go down, stay, and is learning to catch a frisbie.  I have an agility set for him, so that will be fun.

Brodie has really made us happy, so thank you for bringing him into our lives.

Just to let you know that Bandit has been received in good shape and has acclimated well to his new surroundings. Thanks for your professional service. I will contact you later if I have questions regarding his documents and registration.
We adore our new family member...

Kato is doing just fine. He has adapted well and has accepted our 'pack' just splendidly. Do you have any tips on teaching him to 'Come' on command? He has been stubborn on learning that command...even with treats. We have successfully taught him to sit, stay and climb up and down stairs, but 'Come' has been difficult.

Yes, by all means you can use any photos I send you for marketing and promotional purposes. I humbly ask that you share with us when you do so that we can brag on him. I have attached and inserted a few additional photos of him.

Hello Theresa, this is Harley. I'm not sure if you remember me, but I'm the guy from Louisiana. When last we spoke, I was really sick. It was a very hard time for me, and I didn't know if I was up to keeping Kouga. Well I'm happy to report, he and I are doing wonderful! You were right, when I was feeling at my lowest, Kouga was there to lay beside me. He never left my side, and remained my best. I can't believe now that there was ever a time I didn't think he should stay. Thanks for being so patient, and as promised, here are a few pics.
